Ordering Information

To ensure the accurate and timely processing of your order, please verify that your purchase order includes the following information:

  • Bill-to address,
  • Ship-to address,
  • Purchase order number,
  • Part number, description, and price,
  • Contract # and name
  • Reseller of choice
  • Contact name , phone number and email address,
  • Special delivery requirements
  • Requested delivery date
  • Signature of authorized purchaser
  • Please note the Hewlett Packard must be listed as the vendor

Ways to buy

Aside from buying on-line, you can also order any product in the Public Sector on-line store via telephone; fax or standard mail by first calling a customer sales representative and they will help you from there.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Tax

The product prices displayed in our online catalog do not include sales tax or shipping and handling. Taxes will be calculated during the final steps of the check out process. If you are a not-for-profit and wish to make a tax-free purchase, you must provide HP with a valid tax exemption certificate prior to placing your order.

Warranty

Every HP product comes with the protection of our Limited Warranty. If your have a hardware issue, please call 1-800-652-6672. For non-HP products purchased via the PS store, technical support is provided only by the original manufacturer, not HP.

Post-purchase help

If you have questions about a purchase you made, call your Sales Representative within thirty days of the purchase. Specialists are available Monday through Friday, 7am to 7pm CST.
