Shipping options

If you need to upgrade, you pay for shipping. There are eight options:
  1. UPS Ground
  2. UPS 1 Day
  3. UPS 2 Day
  4. FedEx Ground
  5. FedEx 1 Day
  6. FedEx 2 Day
  7. FedEx Priority Overnight
  8. Eagle

Remember, all sales are subject to Purchase terms of sale. No matter how you buy, this is where you input your shipping address, how you want your products shipped and payment information. For additional information concerning terms of sale visit our website.


When the transaction is complete, you will receive an order number After your HP computer is built, it will be shipped however you specify. If you want to track your order, go to our Order Status page and enter your email and password or account number and last name.

Facts about shipping

  • We ship promptly based on product availability. Please call your Rep for more information.
    Your State & Local government sales and support team 1-888-202-GOV2 (1-888-202-4682).
  • Due to product availability and variance in manufacturing facilities, HP cannot guarantee your order will ship complete. Some items may arrive at different times from different locations resulting in multiple shipments and multiple invoices.
  • You must provide a delivery address, as we cannot ship to a P.O. Box.
  • For residents of Alaska, Hawaii and some rural locations you must choose overnight or second day delivery where additional charges may apply.
  • We regret that we cannot support international shipments including Canada, the Caribbean, Virgin Islands, Guam, and APO/FPO mailing addresses. Please call for specific details. If you would like an order shipped outside the continental United States, simply call the HP Support number for the country you need your order shipped.
  • Title passes upon shipment and risk of loss passes upon delivery by our carriers.
  • All shipments within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) are insured at no additional charge.
  • HP is not responsible for shipping or other delays caused by events beyond our control.
  • Shipping carrier may change without notice. Every effort will be made to use the selected carrier. Possible reasons for a carrier change include:
    • Carrier minimum and maximum weight limits not met
    • Carrier package dimension limits exceeded
    • Service limitations of the carrier selected
    • Changes due to inclement weather

Estimated shipping times

Once your order is completed and ready to ship, please note the following shipping information:
  • UPS Ground - 1-5 Business Days, delivery times based on the distance to destination.
  • UPS 1 day - Next Business Day, delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of day, depending on destination.
  • UPS 2 day - 2 Business Days, delivery time by the end of the second business day, some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time.
  • Fed ex ground - 1-5 business days within the contiguous U.S.; 3-7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii. Tuesday-Saturday. Delivery is between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.
  • Fed ex 1 day - Next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 to rural areas.
  • Fed ex 2 day - By 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas; by 7 p.m. to residences.
  • Fed ex priority overnight - Next-business-day delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most U.S. addresses; by noon, 4:30 p.m. or 5 p.m. in remote areas; by noon or 1:30 p.m. on Saturdays.
  • Eagle - Delivery time and availability may vary based upon origin and destination Estimated arrival time is dependant on the customerís location from the station, amount of deliveries the driver has for that day as well as other factors that could cause a delay, traffic, weather, etc. Orders placed on Friday for overnight delivery will not be delivered until the following business work day unless Saturday delivery is chosen. Saturday service is only offered in select large metropolitan areas. If Saturday delivery is requested and is offered by Fed ex in your area, please call your Sales Representative for assistance:

Weight and dimensions

  • FedEx Priority Overnight, FedEx 1 Day, FedEx 2 Day, FedEx Ground.
    Weight: Up to 150 lbs. per package.
    Dimensions: Up to 119" in length and 165" in length plus girth (L+2W+2H).
  • UPS 1 Day, UPS 2 Day, and UPS Ground.
    Weight: Up to 150 lbs. per package.
    Dimensions: Up to 108" in length and 165" in length plus girth (L+2W+2H).
  • Eagle.
    Weight: Total shipment weight must exceed 70 lbs.
