    Yes, the customer can designate a Ship-To location that is the reseller.

    Yes, you can get order status information along with tracking and serial number information online from your HP.com B2B web tool. You even have the option to create regularly scheduled reports for such things as open orders; there are many options to choose from with our Order Status tool.
