Contract ordering options for eligible customers:
Note: Customers must reference Agreement Number TXDIR (Schedule for the Department of Information Resources) on your purchase order.
Our website will assist you with product and services information, product configuration and pricing, how-to-order, warranty support, and pointers to many other HP resources for your use.
- Customers may place orders directly with HP.
Customers may use ANY of HP's authorized dealers as service subcontractors. If doing so, customers must reference the servicing subcontractor's company name and address on the purchase order that the customer submits directly to HP.
Note: Servicing subcontractors are not authorized by HP or DIR to accept customer purchase orders directly under this contract.
- Customers may place orders directly with an Authorized Participating Reseller, listed below, of their choice. Customers placing orders with Participating HUB Resellers that are certified by the State as a Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) will capture 100% HUB credit for the procurement.
- All Customer payments are made directly to the Vendor selected.
- All customer Orders must reference Contract Number TXDIR when submitted to HP or a
Participating Reseller.
